The service
FISSI provides ski competition information, calculations and related community features. Live and historical information can contain delays, omissions or errors and must not be treated as an official result source.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its operation.
Community content
You are responsible for content you submit. Illegal, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, infringing, spam or privacy-violating content is prohibited. FISSI may moderate or remove content and restrict accounts to protect users and the service.
PRO membership
PRO provides the features described at the time of purchase, including an ad-free experience where offered. App Store purchases are billed and managed under Apple's terms. Web purchases are billed and managed by Stripe. Deleting a FISSI account cancels an active recurring Stripe subscription immediately; unused time is not automatically refunded except where required by law. Apple subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Apple subscription settings; deleting your FISSI account does not stop Apple billing. A minimal purchase record is retained without the deleted account to validate subscription status and support purchase restoration. An App Store purchase from a deleted FISSI account can be restored to a new verified FISSI account using a valid App Store purchase receipt. Purchases linked to an existing FISSI account cannot be transferred to another account.
Third-party services
The app may link to FIS, sponsors and other third-party services. Their content, availability and privacy practices are controlled by those providers.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. We may update, suspend or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, FISSI is not responsible for decisions made from unofficial or delayed competition data. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Termination
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. FISSI may restrict accounts that violate these terms or threaten the security of the service.
